Progam Description:
The Catching School will cover, in detail, the fundamentals of the “big 3” skills of a catcher which include receiving, blocking & throwing.

Progam Description:
The 4 week Complete Pitcher Program is designed to promote advanced pitching skill through development of efficient mechanics. The goal of the program is to begin the process of developing healthy pitchers who have good command, velocity and off-speed pitches. To create the complete pitcher Diamond Velo Instructors will also incorporate defensive work both pre and post pitch.

Progam Description:
Baserunning is an important part of a baseball game and often overlooked by coaches when planning practices. In a game of inches like baseball, any advantage you can gain through proper baserunning could be the difference between victory and defeat. Running through first at maximum speed, taking the best route when rounding a base and sliding properly will give you the tools you need for a great baserunning team.

Presented by Diamond Velo, the Rookies program is a beginner level baseball & softball clinic that focuses on developing confident and skilled athletes. 4-6 year old athletes will get to practice skills on our indoor turf diamond, learn proper movements, and understand the rules of the game while playing in a fun and safe environment!

Progam Description:
Presented by Diamond Velo, the minor league baseball program is a great opportunity for players transitioning from t-ball to 8u baseball leagues. Nook baseball coaches will help your ballplayer in taking their game to the next level. The Minor League Program will feature progressive drills in fielding, throwing, hitting and situational reps.
We welcome players that are eligible for 8u leagues (including advanced 6 year olds). There is no offseason at Nook Sports! See you on the diamond!
